Numerous works from different composers has been dedicated to the Morgenstern Trio, the collaboration with contemporary composers is playing a significant role in the Morgenstern Trio's artistic work.

The Trio was honored to be the first artists recording the magnificent first Piano Trio by Jacqueline Fontyn (*1930) at the Deutschlandfunk (Radio Station) in 2013.
